Fireside Yoga

Join Laura Loewy, founder of Backcountry Yoga, for a cozy outdoor yoga class followed by a campfire amongst the wild hills and forest of Farrington Nature Linc.

This class is part of a monthly series, designed to offer you creative ways to spend time with friends & family, meet new people, and get away from the business of life. Laura invites you to unplug, unwind, and let nature renew your sense of wonder and joy.

With Lincoln, MA just off route 2, it has proven itself to be the perfect meeting point for people all over the state.

All classes will follow with marshmallows and s'mores by the fire. Asana will always be all levels and sequenced around the current moon phases. We encourage you to bring food or eat ahead of class time :)

No Props will be provided, so please bring your own mat, blocks, and extra blankets. If you are specifically prone to bug bites, bring some bug spray and consider buying some bug repellent clothing. (Just please spray yourself away from the other guests)

If the weather doesn't work out class will not be cancelled, but moved indoors to the nature center where we'll light up an indoor fire and enjoy some cozy time inside.

We believe that they key to outdoor empowerment is education, mindful movement, and a deep reverence for the earth.
