Come hike Mount Greylock with Backcountry Yoga & Friends! 

We'll hike, practice yoga, and enjoy a night of camping in the backcountry celebrating the arrival of Summer! This is a half baked backpacking trip.... in that we don't need to carry our heavy gear on our backs, but we will be hiking our gear in 1.3 miles after our hike! So you'll just need to be mindful of what you bring  (It will be worth it I promise <3)

((Saturday Schedule))
Saturday morning we'll meet at 8am and hike the Mount Greylock Summit Loop:
Distance: 6.6 miles
Difficulty: Moderate/Difficult Rocky Steep terrain. Expect this to take between 6-8 hours
Ascent: 2,252' 
Elevation:
 3,479' 

At the top of our mountain we'll take a moment for a seated mountain top meditation followed by snacks & lunch.

On our descent we'll head to our campsite, nestled on the side of the mountain about 1.3 miles in, set up tents, and spend some time cooling down with a restorative slow flow yoga practice.

Dinner will be served by the Backcountry Yoga team, but we urge you to bring you own snacks, apps, bowls, plates and utensils. ( We will make a vegan dish with an optional animal protein add on)

After dinner, wind down with hot beverages by the fire, telling stories, and enjoying the fresh air.

In the morning wake up by 8:30am for rise & shine yoga flow with coffee & tea
After we'll enjoy a light breakfast served by the Backcountry Yoga team followed by a breakdown of camp and farewell!
