WHAT WILL BE TAUGHT?

HOW IS THIS COURSE DIFFERENT THAN A STANDARD WFA?
Rather than squeeze all 16 hours of training into a 2 days, we've decided to take a more relaxed approach. We'll start the day with mindful movement, take breaks for hiking and nature immersion, and enjoy a little more time getting to know one another than we would in a typical 2 day approach.
