Join Backcountry Yoga instructor Lauren Anderson Oliver on a mindful forest walk designed to explore all 5 senses, followed by a grounding yoga class for all levels! 

Where:
The Fells Reservation is one of Massachusetts best kept secrets. Being only 15 minutes outside of Boston and right off 93 it provides the perfect location to get away without having to go very far. Its rolling hills and gorgeous water views will make you believe you've been transported hours away deep into the backwoods of New England.

Time Commitment: 2 Hours

What to Expect: One hour mindful nature walk & One hour gentle yoga class that will both encourage you to slow down and use all 5 senses. Due to the varying nature of the weather in New England our yoga practice could range from a mat practice, to a boots on practice. Please be prepared to wear warm layers.

What to Bring:
Sturdy sneakers/hiking boots
Mat/towel you can hike with
At least one liter of water
Small backpack to carry your belongings
Snacks
