Join our guide, Joel Orlando, for a trail run through the Middlesex Fells followed by a cool down yoga class lead by founder Laura Loewy

We'll meet together at 6:15pm, do a quick warm up stretch, and get running. Joel will lead the faster paced group and Laura will gladly hang back with those of you that like to smell the roses :-D We'll meet at our yoga spot for a 30-45 minute cool down yoga session and a nice walk out of the woods  as the sun sets behind the trees!

These trail running meet ups are by donation only. We recommended a donation of $10-$20 per class. Every donation helps Backcountry Yoga maintain our website, build programming, and make investments towards new and exciting adventures! We appreciate anything you feel you can contribute :)
